These Terms & Conditions govern the terms of engagement between you and InfinityHub ("we," "us," or "our") — encompassing your access to our website, licensing or subscription of our proprietary software products, as well as any custom IT services delivered by us. By browsing our site or activating a product account with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
License Grant. InfinityHub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software products in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.
Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Use. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, or exploit any portion of our software products without prior written authorization.
Statements of Work (SOW). Specific deliverables, timelines, milestones, acceptance criteria, and fee structures will be detailed in individual SOWs, proposals, or service contracts executed between InfinityHub and the Client.
Change Orders. Any modifications to the project's scope, timelines, or features must be agreed upon in writing through a formal Change Request and may incur additional charges.
InfinityHub Proprietary Rights. InfinityHub retains full and exclusive ownership of all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary software products, core platforms, pre-existing code modules, frameworks, and brand assets. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of InfinityHub IP to the Client.
Custom Deliverables. Upon full and final payment of all associated fees under an applicable SOW, the Client will receive ownership rights to the custom deliverables specifically developed for the Client.
Feedback. Any suggestions, enhancements, feature requests, or feedback provided to InfinityHub regarding its products or services may be utilized without obligation or compensation to the user.
Subscriptions. Subscriptions are valid for the selected monthly or annual term and remain active until the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — customers must manually renew their subscription upon expiry to continue accessing the service.
Professional Services & Projects. Payments for custom projects follow the milestone schedule outlined in the relevant SOW or service contract. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice (e.g., Net 15 / Net 30 days). Late payments may incur interest charges and lead to temporary suspension of active development or hosting.
Taxes. All stated fees are exclusive of applicable government taxes (e.g., GST/VAT), which will be added where required by law.
Cooperation & Assets. For custom services, the Client agrees to provide necessary access, data, assets, and timely feedback/approvals to prevent project delays.
Client Data Ownership. The Client retains all ownership rights to data, content, and materials uploaded or provided to InfinityHub.
Data Security & Privacy. InfinityHub implements industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect client data. Our processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Both InfinityHub and the Client agree to protect each other's non-public, proprietary information ("Confidential Information") using the same degree of care used for their own confidential materials (at least reasonable care). Confidential Information will not be disclosed to third parties except to authorized employees, contractors, and legal advisors who need to know such information.
InfinityHub's software products, platforms, and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain reliable performance and service availability, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all third-party systems, devices, or software. Scheduled maintenance, updates, enhancements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary interruptions to the Services.
Termination for Convenience. Either party may terminate an ongoing subscription or general engagement according to the notice terms defined in the product plan or SOW.
Termination for Cause. Either party may terminate immediately if the other party breaches a material term and fails to cure it within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
Suspension. InfinityHub reserves the right to suspend access to products or services if account fees are delinquent or if there is a suspected security violation or abuse.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination, the Client must cease use of all licensed software products. Any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India / State of Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith mutual negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our products, service offerings, or legal regulations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our products or services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Non-Refundable Policy. All fees paid for software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, setup charges, and completed service milestones are strictly non-refundable. Terminating an active license or canceling prior to the end of a billing cycle will not entitle you to a prorated refund or reimbursement for remaining time.
Manual Renewal Requirement. We do not automatically debit your account upon plan expiry. To prevent service disruption or loss of platform access, clients must manually renew their subscriptions or license agreements before the conclusion of their active validity period.
Service Suspension & Account Deactivation. InfinityHub reserves the exclusive right to restrict, suspend, or terminate user accounts and access to any products or services — in whole or in part, without prior notice — under circumstances including:
